On the fourth Thursday of each month, 10.30am-12.30pm, for those who prefer to meet up online during the day, we now have an online group that meets using Zoom.
Our Carers Information and Advice Group is free for carers in East Sussex and held online. It’s a relaxing and informal space for carers to take a break and get together.
