Hastings United Walking Football

We're a group of senior players dedicated to fun, fitness and football. The game is largely the same – only we walk rather than run – and skill ranges from former internationals to Sunday pub teams.

Whether you were a tough defender, midfield engine, gifted winger, keeper or talented striker you're welcome to join. This is a non-contact sport so you shouldn't fear injury from others and if you have ball skills you'll find out that playing footie is like riding a bike – you never forget!

The club is affiliated to the Walking Football Association (WFA). We play twice a week: use the contact form on the website to get details. We always do a short warm-up and when possible, play in tournaments with other Sussex towns. The camaraderie is good, the games are exhilarating and if you missed playing as much as we did, you'll be hooked in no time.

You need a pair of suitable trainers and the confidence to make that initial approach. Come and watch us play for a while or join in straight away. You'll be made welcome.
