Description
The Tuesday Friendship Group is a group for independent retired/semi-retired people. We meet at Ascension Church Hall on Tuesday mornings 9:45am - 11:45am.
Various activities are on offer. Some like to sit and knit & natter, others just natter. Some folk head to the card-making table, play Scrabble or get out a jigsaw puzzle. The group has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and we welcome new people to join us. We aim to help people make new friends. All new members receive a welcome gift of a little fabric heart as a sign of our friendship.
Meetings cost £1 per week and this includes refreshments.
