Known locally as Seaford Blatchington, our course sits on the edge of the South Downs National Park with glorious views towards the Sussex coast in one direction and the expansive Rathfinny vineyards of Cradle Valley in another. The course was designed and built by the legendary, five time Open Champion JH Taylor on land at Bullock Down, East Blatchington in 1907. Embracing the natural features he created a delightful course where the free-draining chalk base ensures it is playable all year round. The course is a joy to walk with only gentle gradients despite its downland position.
