Dramatis Drama School

Welcome to Dramatis drama school, where we transform children’s confidence through our unique use of Pretend Play.

Dramatis is owned and run by Principal Suzy – an ATCL Trinity and LAMDA qualified teacher with over 20 years teaching experience in the education and care sectors.

During our classes and workshops, we encourage children’s innate instinct to play.

Our programme sees us facilitate energiser games, drama exercises and Pretend Play within a structured and supportive environment. During Pretend Play, we give pupils a stimulus so they can create their own (totally unique!) scene. We then use thoughtful prompts and gentle questioning to help children develop the scenes they are creating. The Dramatis process is A LOT of fun, but it’s not just play for play’s sake…
