Description
At Connection Jam, we make space for genuine conversation, playful communication, and real appreciation.
Through a series of facilitated interactions designed to foster instant connection and authentic sharing, you will be encouraged to drop in deeper than the usual patterns of small talk and surface-level chat to reveal your more-true self - and be welcomed exactly as you are.
At Connection Jam, we don’t prescribe what sort of relationships you might create. The question is: what sort of connection do you want to make?
This is a safe(r) and brave space that is open to all, regardless of gender, sexuality, relationship status, etc etc. Everything is optional, and you will be empowered in your choice to take part!
What to expect
- Opening and closing circles
- Actually good icebreakers
- Authentic relating games
- A yummy selection of teas
- …and biscuits (of course!)
What to bring
- ID/confirmation of your ticket (no need to print)
- Bottle of water
- An open heart and curious mind!
Please note…
If you are feeling unwell at all, we require you to do a COVID test before coming, as we will have chronically ill people attending.
We have chairs available, so if you have mobility issues or prefer a chair for any medical/health-related reason.
The space can get quite noisy during the evening due to the nature of the games and exercises, with everyone talking simultaneously and the hall being quite echoey. We empower you to always be in choice throughout the evening so you can step out of any game at any time. If you know you prefer not to be in noisy spaces or might get overwhelmed by a loud environment, Connection Jam might not be your jam - please do what you need to do to honour your own needs and boundaries!
