I offer Laughter Yoga sessions for older people, young people, celebrations, and team days in and around East, West and Mid Sussex.
Laughter Yoga was created in 1995 by Doctor Madan Kataria to increase happiness and well being in all people. Laughter yoga consists of simple and fun exercises and games; that encourage laughter, smiling, connection, curiosity, play and deep relaxation. It can be done seated or standing.
