Glenholme operates across the South East and prides itself on the quality of its facilities. Always located in a secure setting, all of our properties are spacious and well designed. Our residential services have well-appointed lounges and kitchens as well as extensive gardens. In our supported living schemes, tenants have their own spacious flats with access to a communal flat should they feel like socialising. Designed specifically for those with learning and physical disabilities as well as mental health conditions, all of our properties can be modified for specific needs. We are committed to ensuring that all those we support are fully involved in the communities in which they live.
