East Sussex Community Support

The Community Support Service provides support to people living in the community, either in their own home or Supported Living. We provide flexible, responsive support to adults with a Learning Disability.

Our aim is to improve the quality of life of the people we support by enabling them to lead full and meaningful lives, to enhance their skills and live as independently as possible.

We'll work alongside you to design a personalised support plan that meets your needs while you work towards achieving your goals and promoting your independence.

The main Supported Living Schemes we currently provide support to include:

• The Ferns - A 24/7 Supported Living Scheme in Crowborough, East Sussex, for up to 14 tenants. Wealden Community Support provides the Care & Support to people living at The Ferns.
• The Martins - A 24/7 Supported Living Scheme in Hailsham, East Sussex, for up to 4 tenants. Wealden Community Support provides the Care & Support to people living at The Martins.
• Field Cottage - A 24/7 Supported Living Scheme in Ringmer, East Sussex for up to 6 tenants. Wealden Community Support provides the Care & Support to people living at Field Cottage.
• Park Lane - A Supported living Scheme in Eastbourne, East Sussex, for up to 9 tenants. Wealden Community Support provide some of the Care and Support to people living at Park Lane. Please note support is not provided 24/7.
