We are a local Community Disability Access Group, established in 1970.
Aiming to raise awareness of disability issues in the local community.
We campaign for disabled access to public places, commercial premises, services and facilities, generally in Seaford and Newhaven.
We can assist, advising Local Authorities and businesses to improve their disabled access into public buildings (and allow for comfortable manoeuvrability, once inside premises) - have unobstructed pavement/street access for the disabled. We work for equal opportunities for leisure, recreation, business, employment and education.
Access meetings are held 6pm, at:
The Lodge Coffee Shop, Sussex Housing & Care, 24a Sutton Road, Seaford, BN25 4LG, monthly, except for August and December, or when the third Monday falls on a bank holiday.
(Cheneys Lodge Retirement Housing).
Meetings held: Cheneys Lodge, 24a Sutton Road, Seaford, BN25 4LG
