Please let us know your needs. We can arrange meetings in accessible buildings and will arrange an interpreter or information in a different format if you need it.
The Communication, Learning and Autism Support Service (CLASS) offers support, advice and training to mainstream schools and academies. We work with other services to support children and young people to access full-time education.
Our staff hold additional qualifications in speech, language and communication needs (SLCN, including autism), specific learning difficulties and ADHD.
CLASS is an approved Autism Education Trust (AET) training hub and offer a range of autism-specific training packages across the school year. CLASS also offer school staff training on other neurodiversity.
CLASS offer support for individual children and young people at each stage of the Graduated Approach. Where support is required at an enhanced level, schools can talk to their CLASS Link Adviser and make a referral via the Education Front Door if appropriate.
