East Sussex County Council are consulting with the public on 11 savings proposals for Adult Social Care and Health that affect services. There are 11 proposals for ASCH with a decision expected in February 2025.  The consultations started on 3 Oct and close on 28 Nov 2024.

Milton Grange is an Adult Social Care facility located in Eastbourne. It provides a short-term rehabilitation service and has 27 generic beds and 10 dementia beds, in individual en-suite rooms for people with a range of physical and mental health needs.

Aims of the service

• Facilitate discharge from hospitals and prevent admissions
• Maximise peoples independence to enable return home
