Youth Employability Service (YES) - East Sussex

Our advisers work with young people on a 1:1 basis and offer support and guidance specific to individual needs. We work on an Action Plan with our young people to agree their next steps and how to achieve their goals; short and long term.

We support young people to plan their next steps and help them progress further with their choices, exploring:

• College Options
• Other training opportunities
• Apprenticeships
• Work experience
• Employment and job searching
• Completing application forms
• Practising interview skills
• Creating or updating a CV
• Onwards referral and other support service

We offer face-to-face appointments in community locations that suit our young people, telephone and video calls.  We have a permanent office in Eastbourne.
