Five Villages Home Association Ltd

We are a not for profit Sheltered Housing Association for people aged 60+ where you can rent your own flat within a two story purpose-built complex with 24-hour on site scheme managers. This allows you to live independently with the security of on site staff in case of emergencies.

Five Villages meets the housing needs of retired people who are seeking a safe, secure and friendly environment in well maintained accommodation, situated in a pleasant rural location.

Assured tenancies are normally allocated to applicants who are 60+. Applications are accepted from anyone who meets the criteria but priority is awarded to people with a local connection with the villages of Icklesham, Guestling, Pett, Three Oaks, Brede,Westfield, Udimore, Winchelsea, Winchelsea Beach and Rye Harbour.

There are 52 self-contained one and two bedroom flats, most with a balcony or a patio. Each flat has its own kitchen, bathroom, lounge and bedroom.
