Prevention of Equine abuse, their rehabilitation, welfare and training ponies for disabled riders.
We founded the Charity over 50 years ago farming 50 beautiful acres in the heart of rural Sussex with record species of flora & fauna. Run almost entirely by volunteers, there are about 40 equines under our care. Volunteers, over 18 years welcome or, if younger, must be accompanied by parent.
Goup visits, £5 per head catered for with conducted tour, talk, croquet and tea & cakes on the lawn (ask for application form). For casual visit any time of year please ring first. Contact us for Camping, film location/photo-shoot, or other booking ideas; indoor pool, off-road parking and facilities for a few hundred people. Country Pub, does good food, 200 yards down the road! Always volunteer vacancies aged over 18 years otherwise must be accompanied by parent.
