Faraday House is a social enterprise business centre based in Eastbourne. We have a range of professional meeting rooms for hire: from one-to-one space to our 50 seater Conference and Training suite and our garden provides a unique outdoor event and meeting space during the warmer months. We have designed our facilities to provide the best services for businesses, community groups, charities and the public sector.
Faraday House also offers affordable office spaces to rent, ranging in size from one desk to 12 desks. Each office includes modern office furniture, broadband, electricity and central heating. Our site offers 24-hour access and a welcoming reception service Monday to Friday during office hours.
All our facilities are fully accessible with no step access across our entire site. We provide accessible parking and toilet facilities as well as a height-adjustable kitchen and workstations. Our garden has been fitted with wheelchair access trackway and our meeting rooms include induction hearing loop systems and audible/visual fire alarm systems.
Faraday House is a social enterprise run by the charity Age UK East Sussex. As well as offering professional business solutions it helps to keep funds within the voluntary sector, supporting and furthering all our work across the community.
Faraday House is centrally located in East Sussex on the edge of Eastbourne, it benefits from fantastic public transport links with a train station next door and bus stops adjacent. Convenient for the A27, there is a car park with free parking and additional free roadside parking.
