Accessible yoga on Wednesdays 10-11 a.m. is run in Glynde at the Reading Room. Classes are suitable for everyone and suit those who want a gentle class. There is the option to remain seated throughout or with options to stand and lie down. Older people will enjoy the classes and enjoy the stretches, gentle toning to keep our muscles of independence with modifications offered. Those with underlying health conditions will enjoy this class. Classes include time to breathe, enjoy the yoga movements, relax with optional refreshments at the end.
