The club is situated in the Knoll Recreation Ground. Entrance is via Elm Drive or Stapley Road, Hove. Both roads are on local bus routes and either road has FREE parking, with no time limitations! Each entrance to the bowling club is signposted.
The 2025 bowling season will restart in mid April 2025 and will close on the evening of Saturday 27th September'25.
Come along and meet the club members, view the Bowling Club and green, on any Monday, Thursday or Saturday between 10. 30 am - noon.
All new members are always welcome, whatever your ability. Come along, bring a flat soled trainers, and we will supply all the equipment that you need.
We offer roll up sessions [ playing against club members] and we also play friendly matches against other local clubs, if you prefer to play in competitions.
Regular "Roll Up" sessions are on Monday, Thursday and Saturday mornings: 10.30 -Noon. Also, Monday evenings 5pm to 7pm. Apart from these roll up sessions, all full members can bowl any day of the week from 10.30 am until dusk.
The club also holds regular social events, with generally, finger buffet food, with a small bar open for refreshments.
New members are always very welcome.
As mentioned, all you need to try the game is to bring along some flat soled trainers. We have plenty of spare bowls and equipment that we will provide for free 'taster sessions' to all that would like to try bowls out for the first time.
So, why not come along, pop in, say 'Hello' and have a look around, and perhaps have a free bowling session on us! All abilities are very welcome.
See you soon!
