We are a family run, family orientated Wing Chun Kung Fu school. Our emphasis is on individual self-improvement for the body and mind. Wing Chun Kung Fu is a Southern Chinese martial arts style which can be taught to both children and adults. Many students come to us with different reasons for wanting to learn and then find that the skills they have learned in our classes become part of their everyday lives, be it at work, at school or in their relationships with friends and work colleagues.

We encourage a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere that focuses on the physical aspects of training as well as maintaining good mental health and mindfulness.
