Classes will focus on sitting meditation, this won't be too long (5-20 minutes) and I will guide you in various ways. You are free to share your experience and ask questions to find out how to overcome resistance or discomforts in your meditation practice.
The second focus will be on qigong where you will learn natural body movements that allow you to tap into and move the fascia and soft tissues of the body and activate the fluids and joints. This has a soothing nourishing effect on body and mind and brings many benefits! We will do very few external movements so you can learn to move the insides of your body rather than getting lost in many different external movements.
We will often do partner exercises to help you feel your body more and get feedback on how you are moving internally, these make qigong a lot easier to learn and make the classes more friendly and enjoyable.

For new beginners and intermediate students. All ages and levels of fitness are welcome.
£10 per class suggested donation but feel free to pay whatever you are comfortable with.
