St Mary The Virgin - Eastbourne Parish Church

St Mary’s has been Eastbourne’s Parish Church for nearly a thousand years. The town’s growth since the nineteenth century has seen the building of many newer churches and the shrinking of St Mary’s own parish area and St Mary’s is presently part of the Church of England’s Rural Deanery of Eastbourne, along with those churches and others towards Willingdon and Polegate, Pevensey and Westham, Langney and Stone Cross.
