We are a community based theatre group in Stonegate, East Sussex.
Stonegate Amateur Dramatic Society was formed in 2002 as part of the Queen’s Jubilee celebrations.
The idea was to bring together the people of Stonegate at the Village Hall which was built by the men and women of the village over 60 years ago.
SADS has gone from strength to strength starting with two performances of Two and Two Make Sex and now performing eight shows with a public dress rehearsal catering for nearly 1,300 people at each production.
All profits from our productions go to a variety of local charities or charities that are special to locals.
