We are the Black & Minority Ethnic Community Partnership. A community-led infrastructure organisation established in the year 2000. BMECP centre is located in the heart of Brighton, just a short walk from Brighton station.
The BMECP Food Bank provides emergency food parcels for people in crisis who live in Brighton and Hove. Each food parcel contains non-perishable and nutritionally balanced food items. Our food bank is open every Friday from 12pm to 3pm commencing May 1st 2020. We take referrals for individuals, families and professionals. After submitting a referral, you will receive an email response within 24 hours to confirm along with a telephone call. At present, we only take referrals by email or the referral form which is downloadable on the BMECP website.
