Social Farming, sometimes known as Care Farming, is the therapeutic, social and educational use of farming practices for anybody aged 9-90 with any mild or moderate additional needs.

In the South East this service has complete regional coverage across 6 counties – Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire & Berkshire. With a network of over 70 sites, you are rarely more than 30 minutes travel from a farm to suit your interests and support needs.
