Keep your brain active in retirement by sharing, learning and enjoying other activities with like-minded people. Seaford u3a is one of over 1000 u3as around the country and is open to anyone no longer in full-time employment.
The only qualification for membership is a wish to keep your brain active and a desire to learn.
Our programme comprises a number of interest groups ranging from academic subjects, to crafts, languages, music making and bridge, all led by our members. These activities are held in a number of venues, including members’ homes, around Seaford. We are very aware of the need to provide access for the less able.
Other activities include regular talks on a variety of subjects, a monthly coffee morning where we gather to chat and share ideas and a regular pub lunch. Many of our activities are described in Seaford Scene.
Membership is £10 a year and includes access to all our activities (there is a modest additional charge for some) and to a regular Newsletter about our activities.
Full details of our activities and a contact form are on our website.
