Active Hastings presents Age Friendly Activity and Social Sessions.
Come along, have a chat and enjoy tea and coffee on us! While you are there, you can also try various activities such as New-Age Kurling, Boccia, Archery, Badminton, Chair-Based Exercise and more!
Sessions are free, with unlimited free tea and coffee, with thanks to the Levelling Up fund.
Sessions are fully inclusive and accessible - everyone welcome.
No need to book, just turn up on the day. Please note there will be no sessions on Tuesday 2 & 9 April 2024.
