Do You Know Who You Are? | East Sussex College
This course is all about understanding yourself better. It will give you an introduction into the world of self-awareness psychology.
You will learn how to notice your thoughts, biases and core values and what effect this has on you and your relationships with others.
5 week course: Every Wednesday: 15th January to 12th February 2025 at 7.00pm - 9.00pm
