Would you like to get involved? Training is provided and leaders are only expected to lead once or twice a month. No previous experience required, a friendly and supportive nature is the most important thing. Maps, risk assessments, insurance and paperwork all provided by us.
Such a lovely way to help people to get more active and gradually build their health and fitness.

Free one hour group walk led by trained community volunteers. No need to book, just pop along shortly before the start time.
Surfaced paths all the way round, pretty scenery, skirting the lake although only viewing the water at a few key points. Suitable for all, including wheelchairs, scooters and pushchairs.
