At Edeal we take you through all the things you must think about, and do, in a practical workshop that focuses on the realities of starting your business and making sure that it succeeds.

• How much do you know about your business idea?

• Introduction to profit & loss forecasting and cash flow forecasting
• Business Networking and the best groups to join
• What is your approach to marketing and sales?
What you will achieve
At the end of the workshop, you will be in a position to prepare your business plan and avoid many of the pitfalls that cause problems for so many start-ups.
Who can attend?
This free workshop is fully funded by Eastbourne Borough Council and is available to any resident living in Eastbourne who is thinking of starting a new business or any business owner who has recently started trading and would benefit from the advice.
Please note - once you have registered via Eventbrite, you will be requested to complete an official booking form from the funders Eastbourne Borough Council. This will be sent to you via Edeal, failure to complete this form will result in your booking being cancelled.
