A circuit style session, that focuses on body weight strength training. Suitable for all levels of fitness and abilities. Don't worry if you haven't exercised for a long time, all exercises have adaptions or alternatives, hard and easy options available.
This class is run in partnership with the HVA Mr Hastings and St Leonards men’s project.
