Do you have a tax problem that you don’t understand? Are you unable to afford to pay for tax advice? We are a UK charity supporting people with free, expert, and confidential tax advice.

We are here to support you with a tax problem if you have been unable to resolve the problem yourself. Our advisers will listen to you and help you every step of the way. We are nationwide and open Monday – Friday from 9 – 5pm except for bank holidays.

We can help you if you have an income of about £20,000 a year or £385 a week (before tax). We may also be able to help you if you have debts of more than 25% of your annual income or if you are facing other hardships — such as physical or mental health problems, disabilities, domestic violence, bereavement, homelessness, or anything else that stops you from getting help.
