Would you like to take control of your future? This course will give you techniques and strategies to help you break the chain between the past and the future.
Recognise you can create your own future and set goals in alignment with your talents and abilities.
5 week course: Every Thursday: 24th April, 1st, 8th, 15th & 22nd May 2025, 1pm - 3pm
Venue: East Sussex College, Cross Levels Way, Eastbourne, BN21 2UF
This course is free to anyone in receipt of benefits or who earns less than £25,000 per year
