Description
Celebrate British Science Week at your local library!
Ever wondered what it’s like to work on a wind farm? How tall are those turbines, and how do you get to the top? This is your chance to find out!
Join staff from Rampion Wind Farm for a fun and informative talk all about it. Learn more about the farm and the jobs they do, discovering why it’s so cool to work in STEM. You’ll even get the chance to try on some of the equipment real-life technicians wear when they’re working on a turbine!
This event is exclusively available to local primary schools and home educated children (ages 4 – 11 years). This event is free, but booking is essential. Please email [email protected] to book your spaces.
