Mindful Oak Sussex invite you to come and join us for our outdoor and indoor activities depending on the weather in the beautiful natural environment at Bushy Wood.
An opportunity for people with dementia, and their care partner, to engage with nature in the beautiful woodlands at Bushy Wood Activity Centre.
Attendees can participate in year-round indoor and outdoor activities and woodcrafts, and enjoy a connection with nature.
An opportunity to meet new people and benefit from being outside. Refreshments are provided. The site is easily accessible, even for those with some mobility issues. Call us to find out more and book a place.
