Adult Ballet & Swans

Ballet for adults.  Silver Swans classes for 55+

Formerly Principal of Brighton & Hove Dance Academy, Victoria Arnett, ex-professional dancer and RAD RTS qualified teacher, is now focusing on offering ballet classes for adults. Convinced that ballet should be accessible to all age groups, classes are offered at three levels from a gentle beginner's class to a more challenging Intermediate class for those with several years' experience.

Tues. 15.00-16.00 Silver Swans - Beginners at The Dance Space, Brighton BN2 9AS

Weds. 14.45-15.45 Silver Swans - General at Lamb House, Butlers Green Road, Haywards Heath RH16 4XG

The Royal Academy of Dance's Silver Swans classes are aimed at mature learners with or without previous ballet experience. The classes help improve mobility, posture, coordination, energy levels and, most importantly, the sense of wellbeing that dance brings. Silver Swans teachers need to be licensed by the RAD and have participated in the course for teachers.
