Our mission is 'connecting through sport'. We believe getting and keeping people active is paramount to improving well-being and quality of life. We aim to reach those who have barriers to participation such as disabilities or long-term conditions. Whilst breaking down those barriers and increasing inclusion, we involve the community by asking "What would you like to do?".
We also partner with local organisations to create the right activity sessions to engage and support those we are trying to reach. Using local research, knowledge and enthusiasm, combined with low-cost activities and a growing coaching team we are creating a long-term, sustainable community asset. come and be part of it!
Our sports and social activities run regularly throughout Eastbourne and currently include:
Boccia for all / Adapted boxing / Tennis for the visually impaired / Active youth groups for 8-14 yr olds and 14-19yr olds and much more. We are also open for drop in sessions throughout the week.

All of our sessions or individual lessons are adapted to the need of each participant. our venues are fully accessible and everyone is welcome. we work with people of all ages, currently 3 years old to 87 years old! ability or disability are no barrier, we will work with you at your level.
