How to set up a Direct Debit
You can now set up a Direct Debit on our new Citizen Access Council Tax portal. You will need to sign up to our website My Account first. You will then be able to register for Citizen Access directly through My Account. Read our registration guidance before you start.
You can set up a Direct Debit for the 1st, 7th, 15th or 25th of the month
Once we receive your instruction, we will set up the Direct Debit and you will receive a revised Council Tax bill confirming your instalment dates and amounts
Unless your Direct Debit is cancelled we will collect by this method each year

Paying your Council Tax online is easy, secure and convenient. You will need your Eastbourne Borough Council Council Tax reference number, which you can find on your bill.
