We are currently trialling a virtual community hub support service that is located in the heart of your community to assist those that most need our help. You will be able to access support via a video call from a dedicated customer service officer, who can assist in the following areas:
Housing
Housing Benefit
Council Tax
Homelessness / Risk of homelessness
Signposting to partner organisations such as Citizens Advice or HARC
Additional rent support advice
This service is provided free of charge and you will be able to speak to a customer services officer quickly and without waiting in a phone queue. No appointment is necessary. The virtual community hubs are currently at Rye and Bexhill.
