We are the new Lived Experience Recovery Organisation (LERO) for East Sussex.
We are fully autonomous, membership based and here to provide a voice into-action for people in recovery from drug & alcohol addiction. Anyone can join our community of recovery warriors. Perhaps the most obvious benefit being that you can apply for funding for your own group activity, or even a service.
Our website will feature, among other things, a members portal, which will give access to a forum chat, a polling station for various ideas, a feedback section to tell us where we can improve and what we're doing right. Finally, it will give access to the funding applications. Being a member will also put you on our mailing list, so you know exactly what's going on, and when.
We will also work in partnership with existing services, helping them build on existing provisions, based on the feedback we get from our members. We welcome partnerships of all kinds, and looking to reach out further afield, all across the East Sussex county, setting up drop in hubs to find out what people really want from their recovery journey.
